Dr. Enenche defined a person of character as someone who is guided by principles. “A person of character is a principled individual. He is a man of principles; she is a woman of principles. Principles of right and wrong,” he explained, referencing scriptures such as Job 1:1 and 1 Thessalonians 2:10.
He further elaborated, saying, “Character is about aligning your actions with the principles of right and wrong.
“You know that speaking disrespectfully to someone senior to you is wrong, that taking what does not belong to you is wrong. You also know that arriving at work by 9 a.m. and signing in as though you came by 8 a.m. is wrong, yet you choose to do it.”
