Senior Pastor of Kingdom Stars Gospel Centre, Abuja, Pastor Peter Inyang, in , has made a remarkable impact on the life of a homeless widow, Mrs. Agnes Jimoh, by building her a new 4-bedroom bungalow in Lokoja, Kogi State.
This generous act has touched the hearts of many, as it goes beyond charity to demonstrate true Christian love and community support.
Mrs. Agnes Jimoh, a widow raising six children, had been struggling to provide for her family after losing her husband. Her situation caught the attention of Pastor Inyang and his church community, who felt compelled to help.
“We celebrate Mama Agnes Jimoh for her strength, resilience, and unwavering faith,” Pastor Inyang said during the service on Sunday.
From providing a temporary shelter to building her a brand-new 4-bedroom bungalow in her hometown, Lokoja, this is what the Church was always meant to be, a living expression of love.”
Pastor Inyang referenced the teachings from Acts 2:44-47, where early Christians shared everything they had with one another, as a guiding principle for his actions. “This is about living out the gospel, not just preaching it. We’ve seen the gospel in action, not just in words.”
